The Dens Condominium Units and Treetops Condominium are privately-owned premiere accommodations on the lake. Our luxury condos feature enclosed balconies or decks, fireplaces, spacious kitchens, elegant living rooms and some with Jacuzzi tubs. Did we mention that the views are superb? The Dens and Treetops Condominiums truly make a vacation to Kentucky Lake a luxurious one.

Amenities

• Most units sleep up to 8 persons and the base rate is for 4 persons.
• Kitchens in the Dens are equipped with modern appliances including microwaves, washer/dryer, and dishwashers. Cookware, utensils and silverware are provided, as well.

There is limited parking in this area and we ask that extra cars be parked in the resort front parking lot. The cars must be parked in front of the garage.

Treetops 4D (handicapped accessible)

The MBR has a king with an adjoining bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and a separate shower.  NR 2 has 2 queens and BR 3 has a queen.   There is a guest bath with a shower.  This unit has a deck that overlooks the resort.

The Bear House, Treetops Condo 2C

4 BR, 3.5 baths, 300 sq.ft. 2 story unit with 2 sets of stairs.

The unit is located in the Treetops at Big Bear Resort.

Downstairs:

• LR, Dining and Kitchen
• BR 1:  Master bedroom suite with king size bed.  Master includes a shower and a Jacuzzi

Upstairs:

• BR 2:  2 queen beds and an attached bath with shower.  TV
• BR 3:  1 queen bed with sitting area and TV
• BR 4:  2 twin beds
• BR 3 & 4 are attached with a Jack and Jill bath.

The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators and double ovens.  There is a dining area, laundry with washer and dryer, living room and an enclosed balcony.

Parking:

The rental includes one spot by front door and additional parking at the garage below.
